GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY:
Merchandise, including CDs, books, logowear and other items, may be shipped worldwide. Variations in shipping procedure, costs and time-frames will occur as a function of the destination country or locale. Note that title to goods passes to the purchaser upon delivery to a carrier, and the purchaser assumes responsibility for making claims for lost or damaged goods.
A handling charge may be included in the cost of shipping goods. This will normally be no more than a few dollars. Shipping charges may be quoted as “shipping and handling.”
When an item ships or there is an out of stock or any other issue you will be notified by email. If tracking information is available, that will be included in the shipping notice, in which case the purchaser is responsible for tracking directly with the carrier. Most carriers have easy-to-use online tracking services at their respective websites.
U.S. SHIPPING TO 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES:
CDs, papers, small books and other very lightweight items (< 2 lbs.) will normally be shipped by Priority Mail. Book orders will normally be shipped by book rate parcel post, unless another (faster) method is specified. Book rate is very inexpensive but takes longer than other options. Heavier items may be shipped by parcel post, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the class of service specified in your order. Options generally range from next day air (faster and costs more) to ground (slower but less expensive), with several variations in-between.
Shipping charges are based on the standard rates of any of these carriers (where applicable), which in turn are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped.
??? To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart. When you're done, click on "save changes, go to check out." Enter your zip code, then click on "save changes, show new total." This will display all available shipping costs.
U.S. SHIPPING BEYOND THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES AND TO A.P.O. ADDRESSES:
Orders to be shipped out of the 48 contiguous United States (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii and territories) are sent by your choice of any of the above carriers, although some services may not be available (for example, these orders are not eligible for UPS Ground or 3rd Day Select shipping).
Please be aware that if you choose Priority Mail, unfortunately, there is no way to track the order in transit.
We can ship to A.P.O. addresses via US Priority Mail only.
DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME:
Since most carriers do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our warehouse on a Friday for, say, Los Angeles, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time. In some cases Saturday delivery may be available as an extra-cost option.
Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 to 72 hours, excluding weekends. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Tuesdays and Thursdays at around 4:30 pm PST. If an order is placed before 12 PM PST on those days, the order may ship out that same day.
BACKORDERS:
Shipping time on backordered items varies. You will be contacted via phone or email if you order a backordered item. At this point you can either choose to wait for the item, or remove it from your order. If you choose to wait, the backordered item will ship out to you automatically just as soon as we get it back in stock. Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when this will occur.
Payments for backordered items are made up front as part of the original order. If you choose to remove the backordered item from your order, a refund will be issued that is consistent with the original method of payment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipping varies from two days for expedited air services to several weeks for the slowest. See the shipping rate chart for estimated shipping costs for letter size flats and parcels up to 20 pounds / 9 kilograms. For heavier parcels please email for a quote.

CUSTOMS:
If shipping internationally, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the purchaser; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies and their implementation vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When ordering, the purchaser is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are being received.
Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. Documents and other printed materials are often exempt from duty. CDs will normally be considered to have minimal value.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY:
Returns or exchanges must be authorized in advance. Please either contact us by email or call the membership office at +1-360-695-4100.
All pre-approved and returned merchandise must be received in new condition for credit to be issued.
Refunds or credits will normally be for the full amount of the purchase price, less outbound and inbound (if not prepaid) shipping costs. A handling charge may apply.
CDs and opened books may not be returned. Defective CDs will be replaced with the same title.
Refunds or exchanges may take 5 to 7 business days following receipt of merchandise to process.
Any form of reimbursement will be consistent with the original method of payment.
